Upper East Side Location

The first step to beginning psychotherapy with me is to set up a consultation session. Initial consultation sessions are free unless I am within your insurance network, and focus on your reasons for seeking therapy. During your consultation, I will explain my preliminary thoughts on how therapy may be helpful, and answer questions you might have before starting the process.

I accept most payment methods for sessions, as well as United Healthcare/UMR Top Tier insurance for Mount Sinai Health System employees, and Aetna commercial insurance plans. I am also able to help facilitate out of network reimbursement claims should your insurance allow it. Sessions can either be in person at my office on the Upper East Side, and via tele-health on a secure platform for residents of NY, NJ, FL, and any PSYPACT participating state.
